Opening the hips at Inner Spirit - Day 17

Of course it's my least favorite yoga practice, hip openers. That's because it is really hard. Hard physically because we hold so much in our hips, tension, trauma, anger, every emotion you can think of, that is why is it so challenging. Mentally too, I fight the poses every time. I am always telling myself I can't do it. I learn each time that I can do it as soon as I declare I can. Thanks Janine, great class tonight.
