Just Breath - Day 23

Am I the only one trying to cram everything into one day, so I can celebrate the holidays? Probably not. I choose to work all day today, so I could be off for Christmas. No time for a yoga class. I brought my practice home tonight, adding in some restorative poses, and back bends. Really needed to open my heart and strengthen my back. Feeling a lot better. I have also been adding in kapalabhati breathing everyday. What a great way to cleanse the system. The rapid breathing is really helping me to stay focused on my diet. It is so hard to not eat all those holiday goodies.
