Day 41

I managed to get in a very short restorative practice this evening. Just before Bedtime. It really helped me sleep. All of my poses were lying down. A few gentle twists, heart openers, hip openers, and a few forward folds, bringing my attention inward. This is a great way to end the day. I learned today that I can really do yoga every day. The gentle practice is just what my body and mind required.
