Days 57 through Day 66 - Hit and Miss

Well I believe I officially fell off the Yoga wagon. My daily practice has been sporatic at best. Here is the rundown.

Day 58 - Jan 27 - Prepped for my class at NYCollege with a brief home practice.

Day 59 - Jan 28 - Practiced a short warm up and cool down, meditated and readied myself for our workshop at Gentle Strength.

Day 60 - Jan 29 - Prepared to teach a community class at Yoga Darshana Center. Practiced my class sequence at home. I was really nervous teaching this class. Somehow I felt like my title of yoga teacher was really official.

Day 61 - Jan 30 - Class with Chris at Gentle Strength.

Day 62 - Jan 31 - NO ASANA

Day 63 - Feb 1 - Practiced at home to get ready for my Sunday workshop.

Day 64 - Feb 2 - NO ASANA

Day 65 - Feb 3 - NO ASANA

Day 66 - Feb 4 - Yeah - Warm Vinyasa Flow at YogaFlex.

Ahimsa - Non-violence - Practiced each day.

Satya - Truthfulness - Practiced each day.

Eight Limbs - I have a long way to go.
